Hi! New to this forum. I have a 2012 Bentley GT convertible. Wondering if anyone else is having any issues with their back up camera and backup sensor all of a sudden not working. If so, what was the cause? Also, what did you do to fix? Thanks!

 

see if you can get a fault log. im willing to bet one of the parking aid buzzers went out. this will shut both systems down and sometimes post a warning on the infotainment screen

 

Do you know the location of the buzzer(front)?
I've been looking for it, took apart a lot from the driver side and still can't find it!

I am a little confused, I thought that the parking warning tones came through the speaker system, my 2010 infotainment system does, so I don't understand what buzzers are being referenced here.

This is a 2012 Bentley Continental Flying Spur. The buzzer for the parking sensors system is giving a code on my technitian's computer. I found it on scuderia parts and bought it but i can't find it's location for replacement.
It is supposed to be somewhere inside the dashboard.

Ok, that must be a 2012 thing...
But, I know where that same part is on my 2005 Audi A8L W12, it is behind the Instrument cluster.

Do you recall in which area the sound used to come from ?

 

that's the problem... i never paid attention to that.
hoping that somebody who has a 2012 can give me a little hint on where to find it
