Seat cooling/heating

How do these features work? I have a dial for each front seat that rotate hot or cold.
On cold, I can hear a blower motor but get no cooling.

Any help would be appreciated.

The seat cooling is pretty subtle, what sort of ambient temperature is it. Also, give it a few minutes to kick in, as you would with the air conditioning from the main vents.

Does it blow out the seat vents only by the shoulders? Is there any other cooling? Perhaps in the seat bottom? Any other vents.

Seat cooling blows through the tiny holes within the leather all over the back and the base, I can feel my bum getting cool after 2 minutes, then I would lower the power. Sounds like somethings disconnected on yours.

On a 2013 cold air blows through holes in the leather of the seat bottom and seat back?

What are the vents for in the seat back?

Yes, cooling blows through holes in the leather of the seat bottom and seat back.

Those large vents in the seat back just below the head rests are for HEATING. Controlled by the switch next to your seat positions.

Do you have an Owners Handbook ?

No I don't have a book. Thank you for your help.
I will see if I can feel the air coming through the holes in the seat.
