Smile Don't suppose anyone has heard this noise before

Hi - I'm now a year into GT ownership and am enjoying ownership and a bit of problem solving ( with the excellent helpful advice dispersed on this forum ) along the way.

My GT 2007 Mulliner spec has started making a noise from the area of the drivers side wheel/ wheel arch. RHD car, 20 " wheels. It's almost an electrical noise / crackle . Heard at low speeds only. Car drives as normal and wheel spins and brakes work fine. Had it on a ramp and mechanic is scratching his head.

Wonder if anyone has come across such a noise ?

Thanks as ever

MT

Its a long shot, but I once had a screw in the tyre of my Volvo, heard this weird clicking noise at low speed. Didn't lose any air until I took the screw out.

Many thanks .....all ideas much appreciated

Picked the GT up today and am happy to report after 3 days of investigation the noise was finally located and resolved.

Indy says the corner of a tyre pressure sensor had broken off and was rattling around in the rear right side wheel, causing the crackling noise. Minimal cost involved so happy this evening

Many thanks for the suggestions
