Although, 2012's and up have a glitchy Infotainment head unit, some lock up and keep recycling on and off, or are extremely slow at responding to your finger touches, if you press too many times before any action is completed, it freezes...
A few on here have had the issue, and of course the dealer denies any knowledge of this issue 🤐.
be sure to spend some time with the vehicle testing everything.
You can see that @pwc6t3 had this issue with his 2015, I wonder how he made out, if you read this Paul, please give us an update.
Paul's issue is stated in post #127, and my response in post #129.

Hey Johnny, hope you are well!
Since I live 7+ hour round trip from the dealer I haven't bothered going and getting a software update to fix the infotainment unit. I just drive the car and enjoy the sound of a 626 hp W12. It is a bit of a shame since my car has the NAIM option and when properly set up it does sound great.
Oddly enough, someone had expressed interest in potentially buying my car last week so I took some pictures and the infotainment unit worked just fine, like magic. Usually it just reboots over and over. When the problem first started it would reboot once every 20-30 min, then got faster and faster to the point it is basically constantly rebooting.
It is unlikely that it is connected, but the guys in the Porsche Panamera forum, for the past month, have reported head units rebooting, and it was found to be a Sirius XM radio software update glitch that the satellite pushed into the units that required people to head to the dealer for a software reboot.
