Bentley CPO Warranty

Bentley CPO Warranty
I am hoping to sell my 2017 GTC that is under a 24 month CPO warranty. I purchased the car used a year ago and just dont use it at all so im thinking i should sell it while it has the warranty.
I had an inquiry from a potential buyer and he was concerned about the convertible roof. Apparently these cars are prone to tearing in the canvas roof that occurs when some support straps in the convertible mechanism break or come loose causing a part of the roof frame to pierce the canvas roof. This potential buyer told me that he formerly had the same car with a CPO and the repair of the mechanism was covered but the roof canvas was not. He was told it was 25000 to replace the canvas. Does this sound right? Does anyone know for sure?
I tried to look up the specific coverages and exception for the warranty but cant find anything at all other that the brochure.
I would think that damage caused by a mechanical failure would be covered. If the control arm broke and the wheel came up and bent the fender, how could that not be covered?
Any help is appreciated.

Your potential buyer is incorrect and the entire thing is covered as you say. Hes just trying to T you up for for better price negotiation. I would contact Bentley to have this in writing. Even if you didnt have any warranty, its a very simple upgrade to have the improved strap replaced with the kit from Bentley - circa $250.
