Do you have anybody close to you with an VAG vehicle such as an Audi/VW/Bentley that may have a Ross-Tech VCDS tool and the laptop to barrow, the RT VCDS is much easier to use compared to the VAS 5054, this way we can get a proper scan.

I would tell the Bentley service writer that you want a full printout of the complete scan, not just what they think is the issue, as in the service rep just verbally relaying the scan report, this way you are covered as to not having the Houston dealer mixing any words, because I 99.99% would say that the seller cleared any and possibly all fault codes prior to your receiving the vehicle...

In all honesty, as this is a dealership purchase, I would return the vehicle immediately.
There are just to many variables that it could be, at 113k miles, it could be time for plugs and coils, do you have a service record indicating the last tune up service ?
What really bothers me is that you say no boost, are you saying no boost on either turbo, which brings the question as to what are you scanning the vehicle with, do you have the Ross-Tech VCDS, or VAS 5054, does the vacuum pump ever turn on, or is it burnt-out due to over running due to a vacuum leak, vacuum leaks can still occur on a 2009 at the rear of the intake vacuum lines, and the vacuum lines along the firewall/steering rack area, being that the wastegate on each turbo are vacuum operated, I would be concerned about the condition of the turbos themselves, did they experience any damage from possible over-boost due to the waste gates failure to open because of lack of vacuum, as the engine produces no vacuum at certain rpm when boost comes in, therefore the need for the vacuum pump.
This is all just a guess at this point, as we would need some detailed history of service, and a detailed scan with the proper scanning equipment.
Praying it is something simple for you !

I do not have, or have access to, Ross Tech stuff.
I have not checked the firewall and behind the intake manifold vacuum lines yet. Parts are on order and will be checking the areas you mentioned. Not sure if vacuum pump is coming on ever, or not, yet

Most likely Coils are bad buy the coils from the Vw dealer use same part #.. On the positive side misfires will cause all that you are experiencing. The miles on these cars are nothing i ran one to 216k until wrecked and I have another one in perfect condition that has 158k on it.. I've been daily driving bentley flying spurs for over 10 years. My other car weekend car is a RR Ghost In new condition.

The miles on these cars are nothing i ran one to 216k until wrecked and I have another one in perfect condition that has 158k on it.. I've been daily driving bentley flying spurs for over 10 years. My other car weekend car is a RR Ghost In new condition.

Glad to see something positive. I have 12 spark plugs, 12 ignition coils, new BMC air filters, fuel filter, and new intake manifold gasket on the way. So, hopefully after those things are changed it will be good to go. If not, it either has to go to Nashville Bentley or back to the dealership in Houston.

While I understand what my friend @BentleyF is speaking to, I myself would not spend another penny on the vehicle before a smoke test, I mean seriously, why would you take anything from your pocket on a vehicle that you just purchased, that is not in 100 % working order, I do understand the attempt to repair, BUT, do take this as gospel, if you touch anything, the seller will blame all faults on you, been there, done that...

I am just using a simple ELM327 with TorquePro to view data. I also connected a Volo Performance programmer (no tuning) to see some data but also shows no boost.

Thats all the excuse they need to void any warranty you might have. Get the car back to them asap. Don't fiddle with or try to fix it.

I also own a spur of that gen and have worked on others. If you don’t mind throwing a little extra money at it, a proactive thing you could do would be to replace the EGT module on the passenger bank while you were in there. The one on the driver side is much easier to get to. These are known failure items and can produce running issues although not necessarily the ones you’re experiencing, it’s just something to be proactive about if you are going to be tearing into the car anyway.

Next, and ofcourse it is your choice, you can pull the passenger side air filter box and swap coils 1 and 5 with say 2 and 4, and see if the faults move to cylinders 2 and 4, that would be bad coils then, but you may have to do it again to prove that you don't have 2 bad spark plugs if the faults remain the same, or you can do all plugs and coils on both sides, or do nothing and return the vehicle to the seller, I would definitely get a written letter or email confirmation from someone high up in the company before you touch any wiring, coils, plugs etc, as that is all they need to put the blame on you, that you altered something and void your warranty.

A shop will be on the bill of labor and parts, not me.
I have text messages from the sales person and Assistant Manager that is proof of our deal and this entire situation.
And thanks for that picture, I'm a GM LS/LT guy, so I was wondering how the cylinders were labeled on this behemoth.

Update:
The plugs and coil packs with new IM gasket fixed the 3 engine misfire codes. However, car still has a weird surging at WOT at times, but no codes or flashing CEL. The fuel filter was changed (it was NASTY) and has a full tank of 93 octane with a can of Seafoam. Runs WAY stronger but has occasional surge at WOT.
Smoke test is on hold because the car DID NOT come with the locking wheel bolt key, so the wheel and wheel well liner cannot be removed. Master VW/Audi/Bentley lock bolt key kit is on the way.
*No evidence of turbos leaking.
*No vacuum leaks found at rear of IM.
*Exhaust flapper valves close immediately after engine is started.
*All fuses verified good at battery fuse box.
*New BMC air filters installed.
