Removing Inner Door Panel?

Removing Inner Door Panel?
Is there a write-up available that describes the removal of the driver door inner panel?
I had a shop repaint the driver side mirror (they did a nice job of it) but when they reinstalled the inner door panel they appear to have misaligned the inner door seal, resulting in the window not dropping all the way down. It now rides just below the level of the window seal as opposed to 1/2" or so lower.
Appreciate any pointers. Thanks.

Remove the interior door trim escutcheon (inner edge first).
Disconnect the electrical connection.
Remove the screw securing the trim panel to the inner door panel.
Remove the small trim panel covering the door handle securing screws.
Remove the three screws.
Remove the screw inside the trim panel aperture, securing the panel substrate to the inner door panel.
Remove the two screws from the lower edge of the trim panel.
Using a trim tool, lever the door trim panel from the two fasteners on either side.
Lift the panel up to remove from the locating pins on the upper edge of the door.
With the aid of an assistant, disconnect the bowden cable from the interior door handle.
Caution:
The outer cable housing clip is fragile and easily broken.
Disconnect the remaining electrical connections.
Lift and remove the trim panel and place on a suitable protective surface.
