Boost Control Valve N75/N272 Location and Engine Removal

There have over the years on here been a number of discussions about the location of Boost Control Valves N75/N272 on the W12 engine.

The Bank 1 Valve (right hand side when seated in the car) is fairly easy to see once the radiator pack has been removed, but the Bank 2 Valve is almost impossible to see even when the engine has been removed.

Very interesting. It probably makes the job easier. So maybe 5 hours to pull the whole unit?

Sorry to hear that. Well that's one reason dealership repairs are so expensive.
