21” wheels on a 2009 Continental GT

Hi
I have a 2009 Bentley Continental GT Speed, had it a while and have a few issues one being the previous owner put 21” wheels on it so the speedo reads slower than it’s actually doing so I have to be 5 kph below the limit or the radar cameras flash me, it’s not a big issue just annoying

Is there a way to recalibrate the speedo as the garages I’ve been to told me they can’t do it

Thank you

Never found a car where you could change the speedo.

GPS speed reading on your phone?

Or

Get the 'correct' sized tyres for your 21" rims to give you the same rolling circumference as you'd have with the 20"s

No idea on Bentley, but you can definitely calibrate the speedometer for wheel size on Jaguars.

Wow. Wasn't an option on my XF-S.

Well, not without more diagnostics than I had. I guess that means it might be possible with something like VCDS. I confess I was thinking more about from the 'handbook' level

Yes you need SDD (Jaguar Diagnostics) to do it. I wouldn't be surprised if you could do the same thing with VCDS.

Please review this video. This may be possible on a 09 Bentley. Yes RT vcds is required.

NAV screen should be able to display current speed (which is validated by GPS not speedometer).
