Depends if he's a car guy or just a dick. On Long Island there's a lot of dicks. Meanwhile, no way i'm putting that ugly billboard on my new short.

I passed NJ inspection without the front plate. I'd leave it off and pay the fine. I think with the new NJ law that cops can't get promotions anymore based on tickets written, may change things also.
