Control Unit Problem??
Good morning, I have a little problem with the Continental and I wanted to know if it has happened to someone ...
Since I bought the Bentley, a key opened the car but did not start, the key was supposed to be defective, so I made an appointment at the official dealer that is 300 kms from home and paid in advance, because they asked me, for the two new keys .
After about 3 hours they call me and tell me that the car has an internal problem and that it comes from the control unit, they have to stay with it and they will tell me something.
Apart from the treatment that was really bad since I asked him a question about the car and what he answered is that they are very old cars and he could not tell me. We were not offered a bottle of water, we were not given the facility to take a replacement car that Jaguar and Land Rover also sell and on top of that there is no date on anything.
The control unit can be reset or do you have to buy a new one, yes or yes?
Has something similar happened to anyone?

Good afternoon, finally after a week of waiting and without 100% security, they are doing tests according to what they are reporting to Bentley UK, they say that the error may be from the kessy module.
How can it be the kessy module when it seems that there is no error in the diagnosis? Only the error is detected when they want to make a new set of keys.
And if it is the kessy module, can a locked key be restored? because they restored the "old" key that same day.
