Brake Caliper advice please

Hello.

My nearside rear brake caliper needs replacing. The brake discs and pads have been replaced and the electronic parking is fine too.

there are a few companies that can refurb (very cheqp at £140 for the pair, they only do pairs not single ones), but it is getting the caliper off and then waiting 2 days for the work, that is difficult for me and the garage has no room to keep the car.

Are the rear Bentley brakes/calipers shared with Audi A8 and VW Phaeton?
If so what are the part numbers please.

The calipers are made by TRW? They are the aluminium (rather than iron) ones.

Thank you
