I will be trying to get the Kessy box out this afternoon. Terminal 30 would be the pin 30 on the ECU? Still learning this stuff and want to be sure.

Ok, you say rear fuse box, but did you check the mega fuses under the black plastic cover, see picture below.
Terminal 30 is a constant power source, likely the 80/100 (depending on year for amperage) amp mega fuse, or the 150 amp,
terminal 15 is an ignition activated power source, then there are also timed power source terminals, what is odd with the Bentley IETIS, it doesn't list these as say terminal 30, like the fuse layout for an Audi A8L W12 does, but terminal 30 has to be one of the mega fuses on the house battery, that's where the constant power would come from to feed the other fuse boxes.
If any of the mega fuses are blown, I really wouldn't recommend replacing or jumping it until the cause of blowing it if rectified.
As to your scans, your immobilizer is active, therefore killing the engine after 2-3 seconds, this is most likely tied to the KESSY module getting wet, or the ecu's getting wet, I am leaning towards the KESSY module sitting in water, eventhough the carpet may seem dry on top, the molded base of the carpet is a foam, and is not breathable to let it air out..
Ok, I check all the maxi fuses as suggested on both batteries, no issues there. I removed and inspected the Kessy and it was dry. I also inspected the circuit breaker box while I was there. See attached pictures. I am leaving on vacation tomorrow and will get back on it this coming weekend and will update then.
So I made sure the batteries where both at 100% charge when I got back. I cleared all the codes again by each module, and now it will not turn over again, it says to press the brake pedal like last time. I rescanned the codes and they are listed below. I am starting to think it is definitely a issue with the module or the can bus system, I inspected the wiring at the 2 modules in the engine bay under the windshield on the passengers side and found some of the wiring had been repaired previously. Does anyone have a wiring/pinout diagram for those modules. I would like to start testing them to see if there is a issue there.

That does not look good it all, even the covers for the ecu plugs are missing, I wish you would have checked or posted that picture before digging into the KESSY, I am sending you a PM, I wish I was closer, you are a 4 plus hour drive for me, each way...
Please tell us, when this vehicle sat for the period of time while you worked on the Vette, was it outside, rain, snow, or has it been bone dry indoor storage ?

I just wanted to be sure that you have checked the 150 amp mega fuse on the top of the house battery, not just the 4 on the front of the battery, see pictures below, I believe this is the lead that feeds power to the dash fuse panel.
Also, your prior scans are showing the battery at 10.2 volts, and 9.2, and your latest scan shows 10.25 volts.
Yes, I did check that fuse, but I will double check it. The battery was definitely at 12.5 plus volts and I left the charger/Mai tai er on the main battery while doing all the test, so for some reason I am getting a voltage drop. I am going to test voltage at all the fuses tomorrow when I can work on it again. I am expecting my new back probe and long lead kit tomorrow so I can start testing wire continuity on the can bus system and engine module wiring.
Well the car is running again. I removed the ECMs and tested the CANBUS system and that appeared ok, I thought the ohms to the Diag port where high but there was continuity. When I check power to the ecms both number 3 pins had nothing. I back traced it to the number 10 fuse in the engine bay fuse box and found it to be blown. I didn't think to actually check that fuse for continuity earlier because it was not powered with the key in the run position. I did ohm out from the fuse to ecms to check for shorts and they appeared good. I havent been able to drive the car yet to reset some of the systems do to snowing conditions we are having today. But here is the most current scan after running for 15 minutes.

Now to find what blew the fuse, I think most likely sitting outside in the snow, snow melting and water getting into areas it shouldn't.
The other thing that is odd, is how many times that fault comes up for the rear left door module, it doesn't have a rear left, it is a GT (2 door) correct, are you selecting the proper model to scan ?
Yes, I believe 3w is the model code I put in for the scan. I was thinking the same thing regarding the snow melt. I will hopefully get to drive it in the next couple days. I also think I found my air suspension issue, my front suspension drops after a few days. I found a leaking fitting on the right front strut. I tried to get it to stop leaking by removing the fitting and cutting the line shorter and reinstalling the fitting. It still leaking so I order a new fitting. I should have it in a few days and we will go from there.
Just a update. I've been working on this off and on the past few weeks. I finally determined the issue was a power issue to the ecms. i checked all fuses related to the ecms as one was blown before. I found no issue there. I did find one of the power relays for the ecms looked kind of iffy(167). I replaced that relay , cleared all the codes, started and ran the car multiple times and rescanned. All the codes related to the ecms/ intermittent power/can bus are now gone! Also the issue with pressing the brake while starting has gone away. Now to get my air suspension leak fixed. Thanks for everyone's help.
