BTW:
The the EGT bolt head can easily break. Should there be excessive resistance un fastening. Ease off and tighten a little bit then try loosening again. Slightly tighten then loosen cautiously, sometimes throughout the whole removal. Breakage could result in engine out.

There's a way to replace just the circuit boards on the EGT sensors I believe. It was posted here I think. I got 1 EGT error once but it hasn't come back so I haven't done it yet. But when I have to, I'm definitely going that route rather than having to pull those out.

As @silvertonesx24 stated, there is a post on here about just replacing the circuit board, I have also read that someone had just re-soldered the lead wires on the board, and all was good.

This is the place for the EGT- PCB ie. ( circuit board). Email them requesting a EGT circuit board for a Bentley. They are located in Poland & ship quickly.
No need to remove the probe from the back of the engine. Open the plastic box, dig out the silicone gel, unsolder the old board solder in the new board. The replacement circuit board is slightly smaller than the original. Be creative how to secure inside the plastic EGT plastic enclosure.
