I just installed the screen yesterday and the suspension wasn't working on mine either, you have to go into settings, enter your password either 3368 or 123456, then click "Car Model" and change the CAN Box to Low instead of High, this will enable the suspension and wiper service modes.

That is extremely valuable information! Do you mind if I ask how you learned that? I don't have that specific problem, but thank you very much for informing us.
