Seat recliner switch faulty, 2007 Bentley Continental GT
The power recliner on teh driver's seat moves up (more vertical), but not down. It did this erratically for a while, but now it won't recline at all. I'd like to take the switch out for a test, but I can't figure out how to get the trim panel off the seat.
Has anyone done this?
Thanks for your help.

You can see in my video at around the 50 second mark for removing the seat/switch trim, my video is of the passenger side, but it's the same for the drivers side, there is one more mounting point towards the center console, but I do not believe that you we need to go that far, as you can swing the switch and trim out far enough to access the rear side.
Do you have a scan showing the seat faults, as I see you have more than one issue, it may be the seat control module, which is located under the seat mounted to the seat frame, a scan would really help.

Johnny,
Thanks for the good advice.
I will get the car scanned before I do anything further.
That seat trim looks easy to get off, once you know the trick.
