@sazam ,
You are missing the complete lock and latch assembly for the pass-thru.
The lock cylinder would be coded to your key-blade, so if you buy a used piece for parts, your key would not fit to turn, I know I swapped cylinders, but you could also just remove the tumblers in the used part you purchase, if you don't care about it locking.

@sazam ,
You pull the carpet gently off of the other side of the pass-thru flap, then glue it back on when done.
As far as parts, I found something a little confusing, as number 11 (the door/flap) is not available separately, it comes with number 1 (the complete carpet panel along the rear seats), but then it states "BIN 083702" pointing to the lock, when I look up such BIN, it only shows a complete lock set for the whole car, were some other locks are available separately, I can not find this lock separately, BUT numbers 12, 13, and 20 not only point to the side panels, but also to the number 1 piece that consists of number 11, and notes manual locking, not sure what that means, as either way, the lock is locked manually by hand be it by key or thumb dial.
Your photo looks a little odd because I can see the blue insulation right up against the hole, with no depth, maybe it is just the camera, and your door doesn't have the 4 ribs.

@sazam ,
Please be sure to see post number 4 above, as I am posting back to back... I know 🫣.
Here are the parts as per numbers 12, 13, and 20, that is if they do work for said pass-thru door.
It would be interesting if others who have or had a 03 and up first Gen GT, if they could share if their pass-thru door had/has a key cylinder, or a thumb lock.
