Flat tyre warning

Flat tyre warning
Hi Guy's,
I recently, one at a time, took the wheels of my 2008 Flying Spur to clean and polish the chrome, (I find it much easier than doing them on the car).
I just took the car out for a drive, I got the warning defective wheel on board, which then quickly turned to flat tyre!
Obviously I do not have a flat tyre as I checked all pressures whilst I had the wheels off for cleaning.
Is there a connection between taking the wheels off and this warning message?
Also can I clear the message if I connect my Ross Tech VCDS diagnostic tool?
Any help much appreciated.
Nigel.

Hi Dangme55,
Thanks for the reply.
But what is "learning' option under vehicle button"?
I've not heard of it.
Our plane was a Tecnam Bravo, we had it for 10 wonderful years. Flew it all over Spain and Portugal, an amazing plane. Check out our video'sonYouTube.
That aerodrome at Medina Sedonia is only 320mtr long, and we were landing runway 32 which is slightly downhill!!
Like I say a great little plane.
I bought the Flying Spur as a gift to myself when we sold our Tecnam Bravo "Cloud 9" ECZRQ.
Take care
Nigel.

Cool videos
Cool - I looked up the Tecnam and it looks neat. Did not realize it was an ultralight. Looks a lot like the C152/172 without the struts.
I have had my misadventures owning boats and a Mooney. For all its eccentricities the Bentley really isn't nearly as expensive as an airplane.
I presume the Flying Spur has the same head unit as the GT.
Attached are the pages in the manual if you do not have one. Vehicle button is on the lower row in my head.
You can reset the pressures (I believe this sets the nominal pressure) that the system uses to compare before setting the warnings on. No idea what the drop range is that triggers it.
