Bentley continental 2005 parking break issue ( p) .. tried all advise on forum

Hi everybody
I have followed and used this thread many times and always found the answer to my questions, SO MANY THANKS TO ALL.
However not this time
When i bought the car the (p) warning light was not on ..obivously we tested everything 3 times over and applied the parking brake a few times !
This is when The (p) light came on, i followed all advise on here, EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE parking brake engages , just 15 seconds after start up the (p) would come on and a loud beeep would ring 3 times. I bought one NEW motor, swapped one side, still the same, then i swapped the 'used motor' with the other side, still the same, removed and inspected inside the switch, bought a brand new oem switch as I read this is common fault, still the same, I have tried 'pinging' it ( holding button on and off for 15 seconds 3,,4 times .. still the same .. all working perfect can clearly hear both motors engage. but light and beep appear 15 seconds after start up .. and (p) remains ( no other warning lights are on )
ANY ADVISE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Best to scan the parking brake module with VCDS. Without quantity data regrettably it's a guess. In this case a P brake trouble fault would be a good lead.

Unfortunately a generic OBD scan can't investigate the P brake module. Only VCDS and similar devices can. Various other modules on a B are not supported by "OBD" as well. Check out Ross Tech VCDS on line. The setup pays for itself the first time... about 200 US$.

The OBD 11 is supposed to support all modules VAG including Bentley. However I am not familiar with that particular unit's application. There may be an online forum for OBD 11. Please let us know when your car issue is resolved.

Will do. So annoying that everything works but the warning (p) comes on at start
