reading your statement:

this is good track, how to check if eg. the parallel-system works ok or not.
if there is no "turn key left" action, then on start of the car, you should see the voltage drop (checking thru voltmeter) only on the starter battery (the house battery should not have voltage drop)
if there is "turn key left" action, it is expected that the voltage drop (checking thru voltmeter) on the starter battery AND house battery.
right assumptions? asking because together with this issue i have with starting the car overall, I also have suspicion the parallel-system does not work in my car at all, and first I want to confirm it is not working, second I want to pinpoint the problem and wondering how to do it effectively.

ok, so I am back from garage... I did the first thing on my list from you and it worked - and from now on i can start the car no matter if i use key to start it or button to start it.
the first thing on my list from you was to put key in the switch and apply ignition on and move it more to right to start it - AND THE CAR STARTED.
i was super surprised, but let the car to run for 3 mins, turned it off
and attempted to start again with button - AND THE CAR STARTED.
Johnny, thank you again very much for your suggestions, looks like the first one was a BINGO number.
Did not took it for a ride yet, just did some more investigations:
a) went thru all fuses again, and no issues + I confirm that the fuse F7 which was blown (vacuum pump) stays now in socket, and is ok (for now)
b) for prevention purposes removed the NAVI, PHONE and TVTUNER fuses (i do not use it anyway) - but did some test on the sockets with amp-meter and they go to ZERO amps when the car goes sleep - do you have any suggestion what else is well-known power consumer and owners have issues , so I can do some preventions too? i heard about broken keyless system and the door-handles consume power all the time (no go to sleep) but like this feature so dont want to remove the fuse
c) wanted to test overall power consumption (get house battery negative connector bridged thru amp-meter) but I failed - the amp-meter was not able to pass the power / cables got hot, car was not feeded) - any suggestions how to do it right? and what measure the car should show when it is opened and active (but not ignition on), when is opened and active (with ignition on / but not started), when is sleepeing?
d) did level UP level DOWN - and it worked, so what I had yesterday disappeared (yesterday there was no reaction to mods to leveling)
e) checked the carpets - dry
f) just as a kind of "just to make sure" checked the mega fuses - if there is voltage behind them, yes there is... but as said "it was just in case" - i assume if car started and all modules responded in vcds, no way there could be a problem on mega fuses
and now go to major topic = this failure:
1. i have no idea what happened , what was the root cause of my problem, what consumed so much power from BOTH batteries
2. i cleared the errors, for now all is clear (as said I did not drive it yet), it only shows on the dash the icon with "!" in a circle-back - I assume i need to drive the car to get rid of it - can you confirm pls?
3. I have no idea about the vacuum pump fuse blown - F7 / driver fuse box (what is the role of this fuse, when there is another one with the same role/name in the boot) - can not say if was it earlier, or maybe vacuum pump had short to ground or smth and it first depleted the batteries (but why ALL of them) and then finally the fuse blown?
4. as said earlier, I got the MIL ON 5km before reaching destination - will see if it will go back after driving - it was related to this error I think:

ok, so today I took her on a ride... 70km of test.
1. started without any problems with start-button
2. took few meters (less than 100) to get rid of the icon with "!" in back-circle
3. during the ride, I plugged the voltmeter usb (by baseus) to the cigar plug - showed 13.8v during the ride
4. no MIL ON, and after the ride confirmed the fuse F7 did not blow
5. parked the car, turned off and checked the voltage on the posts - left (A) / alternator = 13.98v, right (B) / starter = 14.53v
decided to do some vcds diagnosis on the car not running, below results
A) here is the scan after finishing my ride, turning off the car, waiting about 10-15mins:

I assume the faults are just because I removed fuses for navi, phone and tvtuner and tpms.
The optical bus error is because of navi no fuse (I assume? pls correct me if I am wrong).

bottom line:
1. what is wrong with starting the car with START-BUTTON? see both addr5 errors, problem with starting via button again as described?
2. can you confirm the alternator gives right voltage to power up the batteries? its temp almost 100C is ok?
3. i saw on the real-time logging that the rpms (engine speed) fluctuates 520-544, it is not visible on the dash arrow, but vcds shows that fluctuations - minor,? or smth to take a look deeper?
4. still dont have any clue what was the reason of the battery depletion in 20hours and initial issues with starting the car etc
5. hope tomorrow i will get the car alive, with batteries powered - any guidance how to do the power stealing test right?
6. the blowed fuse mistery not solved (not sure why and when it blowed, and if this has anything to do with the battery depletion)
7. not known the root cause of this error which showed 3 days ago, MIL ON , 5kms prior to car-stop and battery depletion - 1 Fault Found: 16627 - Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75) P0243 - 004 - Malfunction - Intermittent - MIL ON Readiness: 0000 0000
8. and if anyone could guide me how to do the deep diagnosis of the emergency battery parallel powering - I suspect this feature does not work for me at all (do not hear any click of the relays or smth - silence).
1. started without any problems with start-button
2. took few meters (less than 100) to get rid of the icon with "!" in back-circle
3. during the ride, I plugged the voltmeter usb (by baseus) to the cigar plug - showed 13.8v during the ride
4. no MIL ON, and after the ride confirmed the fuse F7 did not blow
5. parked the car, turned off and checked the voltage on the posts - left (A) / alternator = 13.98v, right (B) / starter = 14.53v
decided to do some vcds diagnosis on the car not running, below results

The optical bus error is because of navi no fuse (I assume? pls correct me if I am wrong).

ok, so today I took her on a ride... 70km of test.
1. started without any problems with start-button
2. took few meters (less than 100) to get rid of the icon with "!" in back-circle
3. during the ride, I plugged the voltmeter usb (by baseus) to the cigar plug - showed 13.8v during the ride
4. no MIL ON, and after the ride confirmed the fuse F7 did not blow
5. parked the car, turned off and checked the voltage on the posts - left (A) / alternator = 13.98v, right (B) / starter = 14.53v
decided to do some vcds diagnosis on the car not running, below results

looks like when the car is running, can gateway and instrumens module realised there is problem with navi, phone etc. - they did not complain when the car was not running (see scan A)

bottom line:
1. what is wrong with starting the car with START-BUTTON? see both addr5 errors, problem with starting via button again as described?
2. can you confirm the alternator gives right voltage to power up the batteries? its temp almost 100C is ok?
3. i saw on the real-time logging that the rpms (engine speed) fluctuates 520-544, it is not visible on the dash arrow, but vcds shows that fluctuations - minor,? or smth to take a look deeper?
4. still dont have any clue what was the reason of the battery depletion in 20hours and initial issues with starting the car etc
5. hope tomorrow i will get the car alive, with batteries powered - any guidance how to do the power stealing test right?
6. the blowed fuse mistery not solved (not sure why and when it blowed, and if this has anything to do with the battery depletion)
7. not known the root cause of this error which showed 3 days ago, MIL ON , 5kms prior to car-stop and next battery depletion - 1 Fault Found: 16627 - Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75) P0243 - 004 - Malfunction - Intermittent - MIL ON Readiness: 0000 0000
Garage the car, lock it and try it after 24hrs, if batteries are flat, I would suggest to check if they keep power before I would start to investigate further more, you can do this by charging them full out of the car and leave them out for 24hrs and test them with voltmeter and compare after full charged and passed 24hrs.

@Shaqovic thank you - yes, did battery charging, then disconnected the charger, and checked 24hrs later - this time, I was able to start the car without any issues...
what I see is that no matter how long i will keep the house battery on charging, it is 12.4V, and when connecting to vcds - it shows 12.2V.
maybe this battery is not in so good condition as the battery shop says - they did the test, and battery is labelled in their tool as "OK".
I have new info - I had a planned travel so i took the opportunity to check what is going on - was risky, I was affraid the car will stop working, but luckily it went ok...
350km - one direction, mostly highways - 120km/h, 140km/h - few moments with boosts to 180-200, nothing more
50km - city traffic
350km - go back, again highways - 120-140km/h
so I made about 800kms
there was raining - so used wipers - wipers worked as expected, timers, washers, mode with rain sensor - saying this as a comment to the listed below...
when I run above 140 - automatically rear spoiler was deployed, and then when i went below 100 (i think) it automatically was closed
i did not do any manual on/off of the rear spoiler
1. car worked well, was able to start/stop etc - no issues, running fast as rocket, etc
2. during travel - 13.6-13.8v on my cigar-plug usb voltmeter
3. but AGAIN, what a coincidence, 5km prior to reaching back my home, MIL ON fired
immediately after parking in the garage - i checked thru vcds... catch some errors:
