I bought the sat package from Bentley to get the sattelite radio working in my 2007 GT, however there are no instalation instructions with the kit, does anyone have the install instructions so im not going in blind.

 

I have a 2007 GTC and it was my impression that Sat Radio was supposed to come with Bentley. After a very brief verbal smacking fight with the Sat Radio people they agreed and turned it back on. I have had it for free for many years as it was supposed to be included with the car.

 

My car is a Canadian car and there is a module that has to be installed before the sattelite provider can pick up the signal, I bought the kit directly from Bentley however it didn't come with any instalation instructions. I just want some sort of a guide for the install to make sure I have it all right when I'm in there.

 

I'm sorry I have no info but once you install the components won't you need to upgrade the radio firmware or somehow tell it to display the info or will it recognize it automatically?
