2006 Bentley Air Suspension Issue Help
We cannot get the Bentley to raise itself. Tried jacking up, placing wood under tires, etc. Replaced the '53' relay in the trunk. Nothing kicks on. Tried going in/out of jack mode using the 2 buttons center console, and VCDS - no luck. Relevant Fault codes below. Any ideas? Thank you
Address 34 - Level Control Module
Fault codes:
00668 - Supply voltage terminal 30
009 - Open or short to ground
01575 - Control switched off
000 --
00778 - Steering angle sensor (G85)
013 - Check DTC memory

Hello @mrc00l88 ,
I see that you replaced the relay, but did you check the 40 amp fuse for the air suspension compressor, it is located in the trunk as pictured below.
Did you take this scan while the vehicle was in jack mode, as the scan shows that the "control (is) switched off", therefore you may need to go into address 34 and then adaption (IIRC) to turn it on.
There are also two 10 amp fuses to check, one in the trunk to the right of the orange 40amp, it is the furthest to the right, third up from the bottom, the next to amp fuse is in the dash facia fuse box, it is the third one in from the left on the bottom row of the fuses.
Also check all mega fuses at the battery mounted pack, as your terminal 30 shows it to be open, or shorted to ground, if it was shorted to ground, you would have bigger issues.

Thanks for the reply @Johnny Hotspur GT - I will check all the different fuses, and try another new relay.

----- I am unable to get out of 'jack mode' apparently.. neither using the two buttons (suspension/ride height) in the center console, nor in VCDS following these steps from http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/01575 Level Control Address 34, [Adaptation] Channel [010], [Test] and [Save] a new value of [0]
Interestingly it seems to always have a '1' in the field, and a '1' value is supposedly 'active'? See screenshot attached when saving a '0' value, the yellow tip bubble popped up in the background.

@Johnny Hotspur GT 10amp fuse -- What is the blue hard (metal) line under the car on the right side (runs with a black line of the same kind) - fuel related?
Cheers

Does that mean that the 10 amp fuse was blown, if so, what may have caused it to blow, is the suspension up and running ?

So, the complete blue line underneath the middle of the car more or less, has a connection point that joins two lines if I recall correctly.
I need the line that goes from the middle of the car up to the engine bay.
All I could find is part# 3D0201294F - but I think this part# might be the line from the middle of the car that goes back to the fuel tank area.
Either of you guys know if this is the part#, or what the correct part# might be?
Thank you

IIRC, the blue line is the fuel return line to the tank, the lines only come as a set, ranging from $700+/- to $1795.00.
I do not believe if you ever said this was a GT or FS.
Here are the lines in my GT passenger side wheel well, and up into the engine compartment, where they connect to the snap on hoses that run to and from the fuel rail.
Here are some screenshots from Scuderia for the 2004-06 GT fuel line set, part number 3W3 201 059 C, (15) on the diagram.
2007 is depicted as number 3 on the diagram.
This is where the supply and return hook up to at the fuel tank.
This is another diagram depicting number (3), for the FS.
EDIT:
I MAY HAVE FOULED UP MY PICTURE LAYOUT, BUT I AM GOING TO BED, IT'S 3:45 AM... 🥱
BE BACK LATER TODAY.

Thanks Johnny.
Do you/anyone happen to know the diameter of the fuel line itself, looks like perhaps a 3/8 line?
Have to repair a small section of tube under the car, and want to use the same type of steel line.
Thinking of using something like this connector (if 3/8 is the size of course): https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/dorman-high-pressure-compression-union-rated-for-5000-psi-3-8-in.-800-205/10600312-P
