Hi all,

I am working through various problems on my 2009 GT Speed following both batteries drying. I have already got lots of info from the forum and after a lot of messing managed to get in the car and get the batteries charged. I also then the spare wheel well full of water and lots of damp and mild in the boot. I have known cleared the blocked drain tube but have a few ongoing issues now.

The boot will not close properly, the rhs is slight raised but more importantly the latch will not engage so I can’t actually close it properly.

The rear spoiler is not working. I have previously done the repair on the mechanism and that is fine,

The rear camera is not working.

I have removed several plugs and sprayed with with electrical cleaner ‘ water repellent. There was some corrosion on the connector for the camera controller but after cleaning it still doesn’t work. I have run vcds and none of the controllers for these parts are responding. There is power to the boot lack as it will cycle but won’t latch.

I am trying to find the controllers to check their connections. I think I know where the boot lock controller is but can’t find info on where the spoiler controller is. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated, as would any other suggestions to check, such as fuses.

I am still having problems with my car as detailed above and I am running out of ideas and wondered if anyone could shed any light on where to look next.

Is there anything such as a fuse or relay that would cause multiple problems with modules etc. in the rear of the car?

I run VCDS and several control modules are not responding.
Boot control - the boot wont open or close properly and will not latch.
Rear View Camera - not working
Rear Spoiler - not working

Several other modules are also not responding and showing faults.

I have attached the log from VCDS to see if anyone has any ideas. I still have an issue with the left hand battery charging but even when both batteries were fully charged the results were the same.

I'm hoping I can at least get the boot to shut and lock for now but I am getting to the point where I am going to have to take it to a specialist.
