Warning lights- explanation please. Rear upper brake light fix.

Hi,
You may have seen my earlier post explaining that I am looking to buy a Continental GT. Well I'm looking at a 2004 model that appears to have a couple of warning lights? Please see image attached below. One is a TPMS light- but it has a line through it- what does that mean? The other appears to be some sort of brake warning light- is it a bulb inside it? Is this just a warning that a brake bulb has blown? I tried checking on google but couldn't find them. I also checked an owner's handbook I found on this forum(thanks for this) but couldn't see these particular lights with the diagonal line and 'bulb'. Any help appreciated.
I'm also looking at a car with the rear upper brake light not working. The link below from this forum seems to show a good fix. Has anybody else tried it?

hi,

1. you have tpms not functioning, it is activated but a) you have defective sensors b) you have other issue with tpms
2. break light is defective - you say 3rd stop light is not working so you have an answer

Thanks sazam, much appreciated. It is another car that has the 'known' defective brake light - not the one with the known high level rear light failure.
Has any body else tried the high level brake light fix shown below. I suspect the car that has the image below may also have high level brake light failure-I'm waiting on the dealer getting back to me.
