We have a 2017 Bentley Continental GT and all of a sudden the infotainment system screen stopped working. Now the Bentley logo is stuck on the screen and nothing is working. Anyone else had the same problem?

 

Have you tried rebooting it by removing and replacing the fuse.

you need a new infotainment unit. HDD is corrupted.

 

I also have a 2017 GTC Speed and a few months ago my infotainment did stick with the logo but ultimately the system rebooted and was back in operation after restarting.

I suspect your system is trying to reboot and we may need to help it. May I suggest inserting a cd, sd card or iPod in the respective slots to have the system reengage.

Thank you guys for the reply. We tried rebooting etc but no luck. But we called around and found a company Bavlogic. We could have sent our unit to them for repair but since they are in north Houston and we wanted it fixed quick we went in person. They did the removal, repair and install for us all in 24 hours! Everything is good now.

 

I mailed mine to Eli @ Bavlogic (from Hawaii). He had it back to me in under a week. Great service. Awesome that you can just get it done in person.

I had him add the android auto option. It really modernizes the system a bit.
