I been to Dubai twice sir. And going sometimes before the summer, this time going to check out Abu Dhabi.
I dont know who the owner is, but if all of his cars have the 11 plate, he must be a sheikh of the Al Nahyan family.

He is indeed a sheikh of the Nahyan family...since you've been to Dubai twice before, I would recommend that you visit Dubai on your planned trip, because the activity around Jumeirah Beach Road, Dhiyafa and Sheikh Zayed Road has increased to unbelievable levels now.

that's a car to collect and have just because, not really a take to the store to get groceries kinda car... really nice, I can see an older british man driving it, or maybe a white or black one with huge DUB's with some rapper inside

I love the Azure, but my first love is the Arnage. My god that is a gorgeous car. I don't care that it weights as much as the moon, has an engine from the 1950s, and is perceived to be a snobby rich car: it is beautiful, inside and out.
