Question Restoration Advice on a Corniche?

Hello. I didn't know where else to post this, so I figured you guys might be able to help me with this.
There is a 1980 Rolls Royce Corniche in my building that has not been moved in years. I want to buy it, restore it, and keep it in NYC. Can anyone please recommend any good restoration shops in S.Florida. I found Vantage Motorworks in Miami. Also, does anyone have any good tips on buying a car like this, and what are they typically going for? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Unless there is some historic significance to the car, why not buy one that has been maintained?

Well I could buy one that has been maintained, but if I can get a good deal on this one, I would rather have it fully restored, and have it absolutely perfect, but I am also looking around for a well maintained one.
