why is the bentley configurator wont work?

i'm using PC and has the shockwave player.

whenever i wanted to change the color or the option, nothing happened.

anyone can help with this?

I think I can ...you have to use the Explorer not Firefox...that was my problem

thanks,

initially i used firefox and it's not working. then i tried using IE and finally it start to work. although it took a very long time to change between colors.
