Its called HDR, you take 3 pictures at the same object with different exsposures, one very light, one normal and one picture that is very dark, then you use a program, Photomatix for example and the program put the 3 pictures together and you'll receive that kind of effect!

Mansory has a GTC on the Frankfurt showfloor. Single tone white body paint, the interior 'more' than makes up for it.
