Hi James -

Its been a long time since we did USTCC together. I sold the supra a long time ago, but have heard rumor you want to run the yellow gtr in this year's competition? Let me know if you need a driver.

rumor is true, i am running a yellow GT-R this year, i think i am going to drive myself, i have gotten quicker through out the years, despite my old age.

Wow what a collection.

Is your 86 DD QV a USA Version car? They were very very rare. My family had a Lamborghini dealership at that time and remember I was enamored by the DDQV's that Nastasi imported at the time.

I have inherited a 1985 Countach US Fuel Injection Two valve car.

it is a DD car, Euro version, I was told one of only 18? in the USA.

455 hp no smog pump etc.....

Awesome!

Maybe fewer than 18, as many of the cars in the mid 1990s went overseas. Even many US cars went overseas. I know of at least 3 cars that were in the states that were wrecked and the triple black DD went to Monaco and is now in the Royal Museum.

What color is yours?

I have an original sealed paint can from lamborghini with all the old Lamborghini tape, Box and Sand of a pint or so of pearlato bianco. Its circa 84-88.
