Not sure I could disagree with you any more. Haha!

Beige - - never been a fan. Even in a red F-car, it's stretching it.
Black is clean and safe, but boring.
The red is lovely, and probably my choice. I haven't seen gray yet. E46 gray was boring, but if they colored gray like the other colors (black everywhere, with just gray door inserts and seats) I think it would look nice.

I think the Aspen White/Fox red combo is brilliant. I am getting the sedan, so i will go with Sparkling Graphite or Space Gray/Fox red. If you get anything other than black, definately get extended. IMO it would be well worth the $2k or $1,100(depending on your options). Good luck, i was in you same position till i spend a few days and really thought about it.

The Toronto car show M3 was white/coupe/no sunroof/silver extended/carbon leather trim and looked quite exotic.

That's a really interesting combination. I love the silver leather, just had not thought about it on a gray or silver paint. Do you have any pictures?

See I usually would agree with you that i don't like tan interiors... but when there is plenty of contrasting black I do like it. Fox Red may be the all around winner though... I think i'm just a bit burnt out on black interiors (can't believe I'm saying this)... I've always been obsessed with black interior and its all I've ever had since my 1992 VW Jetta in high school.

Not a big fan of tan. Are they offering something similar to the cinnamon brown interior in the E46 M3's?

yea, its called fox red...even tho the name wouldnt suggest it, its very close to my cinnamon in my e46 m3 and to the new saddle brown in the 3 series. i actually saw the silver in person and it looked pretty good.

I would go with tan or gray; red is too flash for me, and my experience with BMWs is that a black interior makes it seem smaller than it is. One of my possible projects for my M Coupe is having the seats recovered in light Sepang or Cinnamon (acceptable as a reddish tan). Cinnamon would look great with the carbon leather interior, as well as Sapphire Black.
