Yours is the second one, you got the loaner. The dealers usually have 5 BMWs, 1. SUV X5 or X6 1. StationWagon (3 Series, or 5), and 3. (3 Series). You get those cars anytime between 7:30AM - 8:00AM. If you really care to have a BMW, you go then, and they will give you the 5 BMWs as you desire. Anything after 8:30 is through enterprise, jeep, pontiac etc.... Servivce days, I'm there at 6:45AM
Not sure how big your dealer is but mine has over 60 BMW's in their loaner fleet......but thats still not enough. However, you should have got a BMW due to your circumstance. Good Luck with the fix.

I lemon lawed a GMC and it is a very long process. If you decide to go this route make sure everything is documented and see a lawyer. The car must be brought in three times for the same issue before any legal action can be taken. Best of luck to you.

I did and waiting for their respond to see if they will take care of part of the monthly payment (7 days in shop). In fact, I don't think this is fair to me making payment for a cheap rental car.

That's a tough break on a brand new car. At least they're taking care of it for you.
