Them meaning whom ever is listing the car for what it is. I was in the same situation as you, I almost pulled the trigger on a silver E90 M3. It was an executive car, never titled, 2000 miles, fully loaded etc.. I had them at $49,750. Dealers need to sell cars these days. Make it happen. I found that I'd rather stick with my E46 for the time being..

There are not many listed in the 40s which is surprising, however, look for low 50s and negotiate down to 40s

Thanks a lot. Do you happen to know if he has an M3 like the kind I am looking for?

Well, my local dealers don't really have the car I am looking for. Here is what I am looking for in particular:

A new 2009 or slightly used 2008 E92 M3 6MT in interlagos blue metallic or mellbourne red. My target price would be between $45,000-$52,000 out the door. I would love to have the carbon fiber roof and as many of the options as possible.

Check out Mag BMW in Col. They have a leftover 08 SS. Not sure if you're interested in that color though. Let me know. I can give you a contact.
