HOWEVER, if it is true about the alcohol... No sympathy from this member. I'll just chalk it up as a suicide.
i'm sorry to those that may get offended but i totally agree with this comment, this person knowingly did something that he knew he was'nt supposed to and it cost him his life. these kind of things do nothing but anger the **** out of me. he obviously did'nt care about himself or anybody else for that matter. i will end this here.

Well if the News reports say it was because of alcohol, then it is what it is, so so sorry to hear this about such a young driver who really didn't get to experience heaven on earth with such a nice car. R.I.P to him, and my condolences goes out to his family and loved ones.

the news reports say it was cuase of alc ,did the toxicology reports come back yet to determine his alc bac ? the media can say what they want , like they ussualy do ... but unless its determined for sure that his bac was way over the limit , then its just innocent till porven guilty , so for the ****** bags that say no sympathy for some one that lost his life.... for some one who lost a son , or a husband, or for kid that waits for their dad to come home and never does..... you really need a to get a life.

If it is self-induced, yup, no sympathy for him. Family? Sure. Him? Nope.

Lose someone close from drinking and driving? Done.

I guess I should go search for a life, now.

"they said " alc had something to do with it.. they also said there were wmd's in iraq, before everyone makes assumptions , wait for the real truth to see if in fact there was alc involved , not they said she said ... and the toxicology report to confirm. if there was then fine...

so to the ones that got offended , vagisil boys.

If you go back and read my posts - I said the same thing.

IF

Don't preach.

And it seems you were the offended one. I've got a bunch of kettles you should meet.

I was driving in Boston one day on a road with a 40 mph speed limit and this Jetta ahead of me for no reason went over the curb into the median and slammed dead center into a tree that was 4-5" around. The tree shook a little but that's it. You can't win versus a tree. Anything over 3" is going to stand up to anything short of a tractor trailer.

I got lucky in a somewhat similar situation when I was 24 or so and in my 996 C4 on a back road in the middle of nowhere in upstate NY. Had a few drinks and headed back to my parent's house where I was staying. Took a blind curve where I know the road but my judgment was off and went airborne over 50' into a ditch. Kept on the throttle and got the car out of a 3' ditch. $30k insurance payment for the damage. The next day I went back to look and I got out of the ditch less than 10' before I would've gone head-first into a 6x6x4' concrete storm collection device. I would be dead if not for luck and a few ounces of driving skill. It only takes one stupid moment to ruin it all. I'm lucky to be here, and so is my best friend.

I come from a family of cops and firefighters that have seen accidents like this a ton of times. For them to say alcohol was involved so quickly probably means they could tell right away.

RIP nobody deserves to die this way, even if it's stupidity that does it.

Sucks he died, but I know that road... and he had to of been going waaaaaaay over the limit to do that damage on that road, wouldn't be surprised if he was going 100+ on that road, cars don't split like that hitting a tree "a lil" over the limit (which is 45 I think on that road). Knowing that bar he left, at 3:30 am... pretty safe to say he was drinking for the people saying "alc was allegedly involved".

What does Iraq have to do with some idiot who was obviously driving WAY TOO FAST for a public road regardless of what his BAL was? He could have easily killed others too- regardless of his BAL.
