new 60-130 record: 4,49 s E36 M3 Twin Turbo
#5
% 0,49 UPHILL.
WHP: I have not measured on dyno, not completely.
On dyno dynamics it made 640 whp in shoot out mode (740 whp dyno jet) @ 6000 rpm @ 18 psi.
I stopped @ 6000 rpm 640 (740 whp) and put onto the road to see real performance.
On the road, engine speed was 8800 rpm / boost pressure 26*27 psi.
So the final whp is much higher than 640 (740 whp dyno jet). Have not measured.
If I say XYZ whp, some may start criticizing, cause this is what has been happening since 2004. 7 years of criticism.
Rather I preferred to put onthe road and measure the real life times.
4.49 seconds 60-130 is not bad, and now I am working to bring it down, sun 4.49 s coming soon.

Alex,
thank you.
No videos, I was not trying to make the best of it. It was a test day.
I was mapping, testing, mapping, testing, weather was 29-31 Celcius.
Had no camera onboard.
Now I ordered a gopro, and a vbox lite. So I will have two different camera systems, including 3 cameras at the same time.
thank you.

It's average HP. That's why my 550-570 whp Z06 has trapped higher than guys claiming 600+whp.

Congrats on the time Mert!

I could never get better than a 6.9 I don't power shift the car so with two shifts I give up a few tenths.

That's interesting, your 1/4 and 1 mile traps are awesome, based on those I have little doubt that you'd pull on my SC'D E92 M3 DCT, which hit 6.80. I love the 60-130 measurement, but your time does show that 60-130's, while another great way to measure performance, are not the end all be all in terms of who is faster.
