I believe each dealership in the chicago-land area was allocated one or two. Perillo maybe got a few more due to the volume they do. Bill Jacobs has had this one in the showroom since October. They maybe rare, but they are sitting without owners. Not many are willing to shell out $9k for the flat paint ontop of the already $80k sticker price. We still in a recession i think BMW needs to take an econ class or two before sending out these cars out this way.

A lot might have something to do with the whole thing about how they make you sign a waiver that says they are not responsible for issues with the paint later on if anything happens due to no clear coat...
