Mostly aesthetics but those wheels really fit the F10 well. We've fit the same wheel on a black F10 and it was beautiful.

The wheels look really sharp on it, offsets just aggressive enough without being over the top.

 

The F10 isn't an ugly car especially from the front but I just can't love it considering its predecessor the E60 was such a beautiful beast not to mention the sex that is the E39 M5 and the fantastic E34. The taillights on the F10 I hate though.
