When are M5 body style changes?

I'm thinking of exploring an 08 M5 ... when did this body come out and when does BMW typically roll out changes ... every 4, 5, 6 years etc? .... Is a new style coming out soon?

dario, you prob wont see a new body m5 until like 2011, it came out in 05 or 06 cant remember and they typically go for 5 or 6 years.

whats up brother... I just ordered a white 08.Dont worry the new 5 series wont be out untill fall 2010 and the M5 2 years later.

u're safe with the 08. car came out in 06 then the 07 was a very short run before the 08 facelift. unlikely to see any change in the next 30~42 month.
