Kreissiegg exhaust on Boxster S
#16
Wow...fantastic sound and nicely engineered...but man...that's a lot for pipes...
I still haven't invested in an aftermarket cat back exhaust. On the fence now between Remus and AWE. I'm leaning towards AWE as I feel the Remus may drone a bit too much for a Boxster. Course I haven't heard one in person yet...

I'm also looking for an exhaust system and am currently in the Capristo group buy. But the GB includes the headers, cat back exhaust and remote. The capristo is the only system that supposedly has 0 drone?! We'll see.

You don't have to worry about that with remus. You have a 986 right? They offer a sport exhaust only I think whereas the 987 is a race exhaust without cats.

Is Fabspeed not good enough? Seems like the best value: sound vs performance vs dollar. It seems spending 2 or 3 times more is a waste for an exhaust system if you just want V12 sound and little performance gain. ??
If forking out this kind of money then there are a lot options and aftermarket parts you can choose to play with... but hey! It's only money. My buddy just order a $8000 Capisto system for his GT3!! Not my money, I can't wait to play with it!! hehehehe lol

Any one have any luck with Supersprint? I think i am going to get the 2nd cat delete pipe's from Fabspeed and get the Supersprint rear exhaust. I think it will sound great. But i im up in the air on if i should go with the Remus or the Supersprint on the rear section. It is tough when i cant her it in person you know.

I always like Supersprint products, they are made in high Q full stainless steel. I have them on all my BMW but I haven't seen them on a Porsche in person thou... They are usually not too loud (even with the race version mufflers) and sound VERY sporty!
