I guess if I don't stick with the stock system I'll have to go with the evo.

You could desnorkle your OEM set up.

OEM set up desnorkled w/ K & N drop-in filter

There are other options besides Evo but for the price I don't think you can beat theirs quality wise.

K&N drop in filter, I will wait for Carbonio to release the 987 version before I spend hundreds on a intake system.

EVO intake for me. the sound is wonderful.

your engine is like a big air pump. i figure it can't hurt to let more air in.

Carbonio is coming out with an intake for the 987? Anymore details?

Evo with chip & headers on a 3.2l = a grin that is hard to wipe off. Did cost me a MAF as the filter on the EVO had more oil than MAF liked. The sound alone is worth the price of admission.

Which chip and headers did you go with?

Maxspeed headers because they have 2 O2 bungs per header and I figured I would have more options to deal with potential CEL. GIAC on the chip. As a package of intake, headers, and chip the difference is amazing. Much quicker revving and harder pull.

Custom 3.5" intake using a BMC Carbon Dynamics airbox. The Evo didn't flow enough air to feed the X51 3.6.

InSaNeZ,

I can't reply to your PM about the wheel. I don't have enough posts yet.
