HRE or CHAMPIONS? need advice

hey guys, i need some advice on which set is better to keep! i ended up finding both sets ive been eyeing and i cant really decide on which set to keep cause i clearly dont need 2 sets of wheels.

HRE 597R's

or

champion RG5B's

heres a side view of both of the wheels on the car!
let me know which one you guys think looks better
and would be a better pick for performance wise
im lookin to track my car this summer once i get everything done
..thanks again..

I had HRE 546Rs on my last Viper and 2 of them were problem prone - leaks, etc. and they were not curbed, etc. While they looked great the frustration of trying to get them fixed was not worth it.

interesting.. ive had the 597's for awhile now and have been rolling on them for daily driving and havent had any problems with them yet. i just recently picked up the champs. would it be a good idea if i just kept the HRE til summer for track use or should i pick up something else for tracking? clearly from pics the champs fills in the car and makes my boxster much beefier lookin while the HRE are kinda small lookin..

I like both. But with that said keep me in mind when you want to sell the other pair. I am in Seattle and would like to come look at them.

champioin. i think it is a better wheel and also looked better in your photos. however, all the champion photos had the top down, which may be an unfair advantage.

Champions are lighter too. HRE all other cars can have, not with champions.

Aesthetically I like the HRE's better, in terms of exclusivity the Champions are the winner. Factor in, Champion's reputation and the fact they are lighter and I think I would probably keep the Champion's.

Champions are generally lighter and have a better reputation. HRE's have a reputation for being more problem prone and for breaking at the track. Do a google search, some have reported that the Viper Club and IMSA have banned them (others say not true).

Personally, I'd say Champions = performance/looks and HRE = bling/looks
