weather dependent

I drive a Carrera white/beige interior 987...stays cool in the hot weather, and is super easy to keep clean. Even when you think it's filthy, others rave about your car. The new Cream White looks terrific...and it should for the fare charged. White is such a great 'traditional' Porsche racing color also. Speed yellow with beige interior is criticized by some as having the 'bruised banana' look...I would have bought one off the lot had it been available 4 years ago, because SY is a fabulous color for a 987 & a black interior on a top-down is not for 100+ degree summer sport cruising.

my choice would be:
1-atlas gray
2-gray
3-black
they make it look more serious.

Who cares about serious? These cars are about fun!!! I would take the bright green one in the photograph in a heart beat. Of course, I also have the bright orange one so maybe my color coordination could use some help. One of my neighbors has 2 Lambos, one in that green and one in my orange. Both look amazing on the road.

I received new magazine from Porsche and it has cream white Cayman with wheels to match and red interior.

Looks fantastic.

My Boxster is RS 60, so gt silver with red interior and also looks fantastic. While GT silver is great color I'm not sure it or cream white are worth the money, however if it lights your fire go with it.

If you are thinking young and sporty- go with the bolder colors and combinations like black/black or silver/black or even white/black. If you are like me, a traditionalist, go with the black/beige interior or grey/beige.

My Boxster S is Lapis Blue with Savannah Beige Interior. I wouldn't change it for anything.

My $.02

i have to agree with the above post that when black is clean it looks mean! we have both a black and a silver. the silver shows the dirt way less. the lines look great on a silver car, but the black is just stunning!

best wishes!

IMO, black shows scratch too easily... you'd have to be naturally obsessed with cleaning to own a black car.

If I have to choose black I rather get white. I guess white paint on Porsches don't yellow too easily right?

Black is a labor of love, but when it's clean, it's to die for.

normal black or metallic black , which one stands out more?

I saw the meteor grey metallic in the melbourne motorshow yesterday, It is quiet nice, and looks a bit like light greenish under the lighting.
