I know the Cayman performs better, but isnt this only noticeable on the track? am I wrong?

*Note* i am not trying to be offensive at all, just wondering.
Better track car, better handling if you drive really hard. If not, the boxter is probably a better car.

I don't own either, but funny story is, I believe when I asked a friend this question, he said he could put his golf clubs in the cayman (and not the boxster, not sure if this is true, but seems like it,) he was actually buying it for his wife/as a weekend car for him.

The Boxster is hard to beat as a drop top. I never thought I would like a convertable, but the combination of power, performance and handling of the Boxster gives driving a whole new experience. Having an open air car is a really great ride! It really all depends upon what kind of experience you want. The looks of the Cayman are classic, but it is not a Boxster.

I just prefer the look of a coupe over a convertable, but I also like the idea of a stiffer chassis. I certainly wouldn't mind a Boxster though.

Boxster can hold a full set of clubs with a standbag in the rear trunk and a good fold down pull cart in the front trunk.

Just take the woods out of the bag and lay them down first in the rear trunk and put the rest of the clubs with the stand bag on top of the woods. Of course, you'd want to protect the woods with a couple towels as they lie under the bag.

The fold-down pull cart used was "Clicgear" and it fits perfectly in the front.

FORE...

For me, the Cayman looks way better and also more sensible here in Chicago where you can drive w/the top down maybe 3 months of the year. I think the Boxster looks great w/the top down, but like most soft tops, looks kind of weird w/it up. The lines of the Cayman roof going all the way down to the back look perfect to me. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to have a Boxster as a summer car...especially an RS60!

for me much more practical daily driver. can put bikes/skis on the roof and extra trunk space. also, greater visibility in the cayman (compared to boxster when roof up).
