When to replace clutch? brakes? tires?

I recently leased a 2006 Boxster S with 10k miles on it. Now I have roughly 12k miles on it.

How long does the clutch, brakes and tires last on this car?

The tires look like it is stock tires and has a decent amount of tread left on it.

of course, no one knows the exact answer but can someone give me some ideas for normal driving conditions?

Your tires will have wear bars built into the tread. When the tread reaches the wear bar, you are about a week late changing your tires. Your rears will need it before the fronts and typically you will use 2 sets of rears for each set of fronts.

You can see the break pads inside the caliper. Change when when the "meat" looks thin, or when the break wear indicator light comes on.

Clutch???? You'll know. If you don't ride your clutch, keep it pushed in while waiting at lights, or do boy racer clutch dumps, I wouldn't worry about the clutch.

If you "Leased" the vehicle, you shouldnt have to change any of them before the lease is up. (except maybe rear tires) With that said, if you do have to replace some or all of the said items, (Minus maybe rear tires like i said) your driving your car too hard.

My .02 cents...

I get about 15k mi out of Michelin PS2 tires on my '02 S - clutch is fine at 45k mi and I think I've replaced pads once and didn't need rotors yet.
