gap on the cup holder trim

gap on the cup holder trim
hey guys I know this has been discused in the past, I have a gap on the dash trim the little piece that folds to get the cup holders out... I have a gap of approx 3/8" and to me looks pretty big.. any of you had this replaced or adjusted?

here are the pics man maybe not 3/8 but 1/4" definetly and I just don't like to be watching the gap ... what do you think

LOL yes that's what I thought.. don't know if dealer would replaced it under factory warranty, hope they do...
