gap on the cup holder trim

gap on the cup holder trim

hey guys I know this has been discused in the past, I have a gap on the dash trim the little piece that folds to get the cup holders out... I have a gap of approx 3/8" and to me looks pretty big.. any of you had this replaced or adjusted?

09 cay...when the trim piece is closed it has a very good fit/alignment...i see no 3/8 gap...take a pic if you can

its way too big of a gap....i just went outside and looked at mine

LOL yes that's what I thought.. don't know if dealer would replaced it under factory warranty, hope they do...

thats the same as my gap, dealer said it was normal.
