I'm curious about transmission longevity with the additional torque. The G86.20 is rated for just 280 ft-lbs from Getrag: http://www.getrag.de/en/241
You guys have been doing FI for a while now... any issues noted?

the dyno results indicate that there is an increase in hp of approximately 73hp (baseline of 194.6...turbo of 267.66). however, the tpc website claims an increase of approximately 100hp. is there an explanation for the discrepancy?

The discrepancy is the fact that we used very conservative boost levels with this car as it was aging. Also didnt want to tax a 127k old tip trans. The tiptronic trans does not translate power as strong as a Manual so you will see a hold back on that as well.

very nice work! I did not see description on the website for the option with utilizing cat converters. Can you expand on that a bit more? If I go this route, it is on a 986 boxter S with about 80k miles manual transmission. Would my tuning be similar to this giving me about 270 hp to the wheels? or would it be more because of the manual trans? or even less because I want to keep the cats on?
