TPC and PSM lights on

My battery went dead a few weeks ago and I used a slow charger unit I have( 1Amp )and then had to dissconnect it again to remove the steering wheel .Now I have a TPC and a PSM light on in the dash .The TPC light has been on ever sense the battery initially went dead and I tried doing the re-set with the stem on the coloum .Nothing still on .now 2 are on .. ARRRRRR .any help would be really appreciated Thanks

try taking it out around the block, the lights should turn off.

I unhooked that battery to do a re-set and used my durametric(Non Pro Version) to clear all the codes and the PSM is off now but still the pesky TPC light is on and says its learning .I did change the tire settings last week to 19" summer it was on 17" summer before .
