Differences between '06 and '08 Cayman S

I am deciding between a few cars, one of which is an '06 Cayman S and two of which are '08 Cayman S's. Are there any real differences between the 2006 and 2008 model years?

I am really interested to hear what people have to say about this. I keep hearing to stay away from the '06 models but I really don't know why?

I think the 06 gets the blunt of the oild sump issue if you are tracking your car . But I believe 06 to 09 are all the same in that respect ,i have lots of friends with 06 models and they are just fine .
