Crashed the Spyder today....

Luckily I am ok, but my poor baby is not...

The Spyder went underneath a Prius and their rear tire actually came all the way up onto the windshield. Thankfully I am ok.

Anyone have any idea how much this will be to fix or whether they will consider it totaled? It has 7k miles on it so I don't know the approximate amount in repairs. Guessing the value of the car is $55-$60k currently with the mileage.

Should be repairable. Most important and expensive components are in the rear. My wife totalled the 4 month old Jetta in a rear under going 18mph bc the parts needed to he shipped from Germany and the cost to repair was over 50% the value of the car. Good luck and good to see you are ok.

glad you're Ok... that's the important thing.
if that A-pillar is 'tweaked'... my guess is that on top of all the cosmetic damage she is going to be totaled...

Glad you're OK, sorry to hear about the accident. Received you're email, we will contact you shortly.

I'm sure it's repairable, looks like it's just a flesh wound. The bumper, fender, & windshield absorbed most of the impact. The frame will probably have to be checked, but doesn't look like the frame has been impacted. It's not totalled, this is an easy fix. Do you know of a good repair shop?
