Boxster - shared parts with s and spyder?

Was curious if anyone knows what parts on 987 boxsters are shared between the 3 models (boxsters, S, and Spyder)? I glanced through the parts list and most of the parts seem to be. Different suspension, sway bar, decals, humps... Bumpers look the same except for the spyder's side radiator intakes and skirts...
Perhaps easier to list spyder specific parts ....? Anyways, am trying to figure out how difficult it is to get Spyder specific parts....thanks...

Most of them. I can't tell you if it's 90 or 95%, 96%... but most of them. Obviously the Boxster Base and S are almost identical and the Caymen is simply (more or... okay more) a hardtop model of the Boxster. They are as similar as all the Mustang (or Camero) models are.

you should be able to order most, if not all, Spyder parts from dealer for the 987.2. The question comes down to what you want to do. If you plan to replace suspension, that's probably pretty straight-forward. If you want to replace the Boxster trunk with the Spyder hump lid, you'll need the new bumper, the hump lid and everything else under that. I remember someone priced that trunk lid conversion to about $8k in parts alone.

thanks. appreciate the advice. Have been searching for OEM part suppliers and found Sonnen and Gaudin to have the most comprehensive listings. Any feedback on experiences with working with them or other suppliers to recommend? Mainly looking for body parts like front bumper and components, cross member and sports exhaust.
